1. Use A Descriptive Title – Users on will see the list of ad titles when browsing or searching Kona Square. If the title gets their attention and it matches what they are looking to buy, they will read your ad rather than scrolling by it. Include the brand name and model, size and type of bike in the ad title. For example:

Cannondale R600 Road Bike – 53 cm
Bianchi Road Bike – 62 cm

2. Include Important Measurements – Include measurements in your listing. You can usually get your exact frame size from the manufacturer’s website. Also, look on the bike frame for the size. At a minimum, if it is a bike that you have used, give your height and inseam in the listing and an estimate of the height of other people that the bike could fit. It is a waste of time to show the bike to people when the bike is too small or large for them.

3. Include Details on Components – The deraillers, brakes and shifters usually have the manufacturer and model name. Try to find the model number. The majority of bikes have shimano components, but some are much better than others. Include the number of gears in the description

4. A Picture Is Worth 1000 Words – Definitely include a picture with your listing. If you can’t take a picture, search the internet for a picture of the model and include that picture. If you do that, make sure to say in the ad that the picture is not of the actual bike but is the same model. Here’s an example of an uploaded pic:
